Whether you were new to our gym or have been a member for some time, we have 3 different options for you to choose that we think will be greatly beneficial to you.


If you've forgotten how to use our gym kit or are not sure how to use them to get results, then this should be hugely helpful for you.

If you would like to book a session with one of our fitness instructors who will personally show you how to use any of our facilities that you'd like to use, you can do that.

Getting stuck into a new fitness programme after an extended time away from the gym can be tough.

So let us help you get set up with one . . .

Take our survey and we'll use your answers to put together a tailored programme that is right for you.

Once we have your results, we will email you with a link to your own Online Programme Google Sheet. We'll provide you with easy to follow instructions on how you can access your sheet in the email we send you, so don't worry!

We will write down a list of suggested exercises for you to follow as part of your programme and ask you to stick to a specific number of sets and reps to get the best possible results. To get the most out of your programme, we ask that you log down your results in the columns in the Online Programme Google Sheet provided.

This is ideal for those just starting out or new to the Club. If you would like help with how to use our gym equipment and also want a fitness programme set up for you as well then no problem, that's what we're here for.

Register your interest below and we will arrange to meet you inside the Club to organise a demonstration of the different gym training equipment and afterwards get you set up with your own Fitness Programme, so you can make the most of your new found knowledge of the different machines we have to offer, whilst also knowing what types of exercises you should be doing.
